Direct Mail Campaign 2014
“The aim of the project is to conceive and design a campaign for British Cycling that builds on the public interest in cycling due to the Tour de France coming to England in July 2014”
As a part of my studies I was commissioned to design a direct mail campaign that can be applied and adapted to a range of media. The campaign is targeted at young people between 12 and 18 years old.
My proposal is to promote bike riding through organised group meetings for a regular cycle ride between Poole and Bournemouth, UK.
To catch the attention of these young riders I designed a dynamic chain style brochure inspired by drawings upon street art (graffiti) and a cycling background and an attractive ‘call to action’ message.
The goals of the proposal are to inform and promote the participation in sports in a creative way.
